Do you handle ad execution?
We are consultants first. We provide the diagnostic data, written recommendations, and strategic direction — execution is handled by your internal team or a dedicated agency. Full Service includes creative briefs: written specs covering objective, audience, copy direction, and success metrics. We don't produce the creative itself, build campaigns, or manage accounts of any kind on any plan. This keeps our auditing unbiased.
What is the contract length?
All of our plans are month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. We only ask for 30 days notice if you decide to pause or cancel our services.
What access do you need?
We typically require view-only access to Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and email platform analytics where applicable. We never create, modify, or pause anything in your accounts.
Is there a setup fee?
There are no hidden setup fees. The monthly price listed is what you pay. Every plan's first month includes an initial audit — Starter and Growth cover up to 2 channels, Full Service covers all channels.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle following your request.
Is GST included?
Scorpion Media is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged — the price you see is the price you pay. If we register for GST in the future, prices will become GST-exclusive and GST added to invoices with 30 days written notice.
