Three plans. No contracts. No surprises.

All of our plans are month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. We only ask for 30 days notice if you decide to pause or cancel our services.

We work with view-only or standard access and never make changes to your accounts without approval. The only exception is our opt-in platform setup service (see the FAQ below), which involves creating and configuring accounts on your behalf, only if you choose it.

There are no hidden fees. The monthly price listed is what you pay. Every plan's first month includes an initial audit: Starter covers up to 2 channels, Growth up to 3, and Full Service all channels. The only optional fee is platform setup assistance (account creation, Business Manager configuration, access recovery): included at no extra cost on Growth and Full Service, or available as a one-off $200 add-on on Starter if you need it.

No problem. Plenty of clients come to us with nothing configured. Platform setup (account creation, Business Manager configuration, access recovery) is included at no extra cost on our Growth and Full Service plans if you need it. On the Starter plan, it's available as a one-off $200 setup fee. Either way, we make sure you're set up properly from day one.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle following your request.

Scorpion Media is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged: the price you see is the price you pay. If we register for GST in the future, prices will become GST-exclusive and GST added to invoices with 30 days written notice.
